外国人に京都駅までの行き方を聞かれた時を想定した練習です。
以下、ネイティブチェック済みの表現です。

You can go there by shuttle bus and subway.
Firstly,you can go to Takeda station by shuttle bus.
Then,take a(the) subway to Kyoto station.
It takes 10 min. from Takeda to Kyoto.
Can you see that(a) green tent over there?
You can take a shuttle bus from there.

乗り物の言い方ですが、take a train もtake the trainも両方使えます。ニュアンスとしてはtake a trainは電車自体をイメージ、take the trainはtrain systemを意識した場合との事です。
